Same problem here, what I did to solve this problem: - Changed the High Pressure Fuel Pump to a low mileage version from the scrapyard - Replaced the injectors Now holding up for 20k km so I guessed its fixed now. Don’t drive too long with this code because the engine will generate a thick soot which is harmful for your soot filter. Update: this is the fix fault code didnt Show up anymore

Thank You for video. i just disassembled the same pump. it is build in similar principle like cylinder, piston and crankshaft. The part You are blaming as cracked is not cracked, it is a splited ring. my pump has the same line at that place.. i think that there is no high pressure at that location where crankshaft spining. Pressure is created by that small thin pin, that is moving like piston in cilinder. On my part that cilider feels worned a little bit, when moving that pin up and down it creates metal to metal friction from time to time. But crankshaft part are missing metal, at the both oval sides where it meets with piston base. interesting how are these refurbishers repair such parts, where metal are missing from that crankshaft rod. Need to be carefull with used parts like this.

Hey, unfortunately I do not have a video. But no special tools are needed. Only a diagnostic OBD device to write the injector code into the computer of the car.

Ik heb het zelfde foutcode ik heb de hogedrukpomp vervangen, ik denk dat het aan de rail systeem ligt of verstuivers. Mijn auto wilt niet in volle vermogen gaan hij start wel gelijk

Verstuivers laten testen is dan nog een optie, met de rail zelf kan niet veel gebeuren.

I have this same problem,I have fuel coming from the tank to the high pressure pump but from the high pressure pump to the injector rail nothing is coming out, I tried to replace everything still having the same

What are the fault codes? Did you test the injectors?

Wat deed de auto precies? Heb het probleem bij mijn 1.2tdi dat hij enkel start met wd40 in het spruitstuk gespoten. In VCDS lijkt de rail druk goed (360 bar) maar hij start niet, krijg ook geen enkel foutcode.. Egr is uitgeschreven. Enig idee..?

Ik heb het nooit kunnen oplossen helaas. Ma het vervangen van pomp in tank, hogedruk pomp, sensoren, heeft iemand anders de verstuivers vervangen. En dat heeft geholpen, alleen heb ik dat nooit gezien.

Kan je rechts van je gasklep, dat egr buisje loshalen, en dan met een doekje dat gat dichthouden. Dan zou hij moeten starten als de egr stuk is.

Buisje is een inbus 5 en 2x torx 30. Kan je makkelijk bij.

You can easily check the timing. If that's fine, then look to get your injectors tested... What trouble obd codes?

@@florinlupascu1816 so the crankshaft, camshaft and fuel pump are on time. You should have an OBD trouble code if the engine is running so bad.

Loosen the connection between the high pressure rail and the fuel pump, crank the engine. Is there coming any fuel?
