I think my tyres were about 13k for Goodyear F1 sports. Replaced my bridgestones not long ago, they lasted 40000km.. Insurance is around the same for me at 27 years old. I have a extended maintenance plan until 2025 with VW covers everything besides tyres. Mines 100% stock, i floor it everyday on the road. Never skips a beat. Fuel consumption around 8.2litres per 100 or 12.1km per litre. I do have a heavy foot and work covers my fuel so mine may be abit higher than the norm. Still fuel efficient considering the power .

This was actually really interesting, In Cape town the prices are a bit higher on the tyres from my experiences. All in all i thought the costs were going to be R3000 more. Sick vid bra!

Yeah I did, they are cheapies, (winrun) they handle pretty well actually. I haven't really noticed any bad performance. Especially at the raceway where it's really sick, I can keep up in terms of traction with other cars with more expensive tyres. 👌🏽😁

I think the fuel consumption is low , I don’t really get that 450km most of the time and I’m driving in eco , they will need more money for fuel

Yeah its just an estimation. We could easily only get 250kms off a tank of fuel 🤣it's just to give people an idea or figures to work off of

I know... Flip they high 😂🙈 I spoke to the insurance broker kaaaal uses... But unfortunately they don't do vehicle insurance by itself. It has to be paired with household or other insurance too. 🙈😂
