Bhai, thanks for picking my question. मेने dmf जॉइन्ट करने की बात नहीं की, बहोत सारे मेकॅनिक dmf की जगह single mass flywheel kit convert करते हैं. क्या single mass flywheel success होता है? Luk ya sachs , konsa badiya hai?

Waise kuch hoga nahi agar aap usko weld karo ya sigle DMF lagva lo baat to ek hai kyu ki company koi single wala nahi banati hai jo hote hai wo after market hote hai, to yahi hai driving comfortable nahi rahegi jaisi chahiye or dhire dhire Transmission pe effect hota rahega.

great video bhai, im facing same sound during start but dont hear afterwards on my vento tdi dsg. but one thing i notice when im driving on 4 gear after releasing acceleration and apply brake or let speed go down during downshift i hear gear teeth grinding type sound. does it mean i need to change flywheel ? i will share your audio clip if you needed.

No it's not the sound of DMF it's might be from transmission and minor sound is common for Any Transmission.

If noise is miner then leave it nothing will impact to your car if the noise too loud and continue at conditions then it will be better to get it replaced don't weld.

Mere paas vw polo 1.5 tdi hai, aur jab Morning mein office ke liye nikal ne ke liye start karta hu toh koi bhi rattling aavaz nahi aata, aaram se start hoti hai but after driving 10-15kms ya usse bhi upar phir bandh kar ke start kiye toh rattling sound aata hai, jaise ki gaadi Start hone ko dikkat hoti ho. Aur Car 3rd aur 4th gear (speed 35-55kmph) mein 1700-2000 rpm neeche rahi toh Burbling sound aara hai. Phir downshift karna padta hai.

Sir meri Virtus GT hai, petrol DSG, yeh avaj idle pe to nahi aati but jab mai 1st gear mein pickup karta hun to aisi avaj aa rhi hai, woh bhi always nahi but kabhi kabhi aati hai, plus meri gaadi new hi hai abhi sirf 5000KM chali hai, koi gear shifting mein problems nahi aa rhi baaki sab normal chal rha hai

Sometimes aata hai na, to avoid karo kuch nahi hota usse lekin agar gaadi warranty me hai ek baar OEM me complaint daalke dekho agar kuch kare to thik nahi to paid me kuch bhi me karne ki zarurat nahi hai, be jhijhak gaadi chalao jab tak ke aavaz bahot zyada Or har attempt me aane na lage Or idle me bhi. To hi kuch karna warna minor sa noise dual mass flywheel me normal baat hai.

​@@malangshaikh-automobilebasicsSir actually mein hua kya tha ke maine recently gaadi VW ke service center bheji thi, free 6 month checkup ke liye, waha pe unlog ne kuch software update kara tha mere driver side window ke liye, jabhi mai gaadi leke wapas aya, to maine turant notice kia ke gaadi 1st gear pe kuch jyada hi hold karke rakh rhi hai and jab 2nd se 1st downshift kar rha tha tab ek clunk noise aa rha tha, pura shifting pattern badal gaya hai kyunki gaadi pehle turant D2 mein shift kardeti thi ab 2k RPM tak D1 mein hi rehti hai, uske agle hi din maine dekha ke jerks bhi aa rhe hai upshift hone pe and neutral mein gaadi mein vibrations aa rhe hai, but pata nahi kya hua aur 2 - 3 din baad shifting thik se ho rhi hai koi jerk nahi aa rha hai, gaadi sirf first gear kuch jyada hold kar rhi hai than before and yeh jo avaj aa rhi hai bas woh.

Acha to ho sakta hai Software change ke wajah se kuch issue araha hoga, ek baar firse complain deke dekho kya bolte hen, baaki kuch tension lene ki zarurat nahi hai

You can run the car without any hesitation till the noise increase and can be heard in all condition, in your car if the noise is too much then it will be better to get it replace.

Bhai mere pass skoda superb pertol autometic hai 1.usme gear shifting to meter show kar raha hai lakin gadi aage ki taraf nahi chalti na ho reverse ho rahj hai. 2. Hamne old gear box bhi daal ke check karwake dekh liya lakin problems wahi ke wahi hai. 3. R. S. Speedometer ke andar jo green ke padel hai wo red colour me show ho raha hai. 4. Parking, reverse, netural and drive mode etc meter me show ho raha hai. Lakin gadi running mode me nahi ho raha hai. Mtlb excle nahi ghum raha hai. Kya problems ho sakta hai. Advice please bhai Is pure prosess me mechanic ne 1 month le liya hai lakin result kuch bhi nahi prapt hua hai abhi tak..

Idle me bhi noise nahi aana chahiye but it is acceptable, minor hoga to koi issue nahi hai, bahot major noise aane lage to replace karwa sakte hen

Approx 42k me new flywheel aayega, used me agar acha milta hai wo bhi daal sakte ho, kam, me kaam ho jayega plus labour charges.
