Super Arbeit, da weiß jemand was er tut. Was ich schon immer mal wissen wollte, ist das eigentlich ein Getriebe, was im Prinzip umgedreht auch hinter einen Frontmotor passen würde, oder sind da sämtliche Drehrichtungen und alles andersherum?

Can you beef up the the inside pieces of the trans? So you don't have to run axles that are made to snap if put in a bind so your trans doesn't explode?

It is not possible to say how much it cost without a look inside the gearbox. To many parts, maybe to many damaged parts ... you never know.

Warum macht ihr da so einen verdrehschutz auf das Kugellager drauf? Das ist ja fast so unötig wie jedes mal alle Zahnräder aus dem Gehäuse von Rück und Geländegang auszubauen. Mit geheimen Tipps könnte doch alles so einfach sein.

Du meinst die Lagerbrille. Die Lagerbrille verhindert das Verdrehen des Lagers, denn hierdurch gehen so einige Lagerschilder kaputt. Wenn du mal defekte Getriebe sehen willst, die genau aufgrund dieser Fehlkonstruktion zerstört worden sind, schau mal bei uns vorbei oder google nach Beispielen. Einfach so machen wir das nicht, genauso wenig bauen wir nicht unnötig Zahnräder aus. Wenn du dein Getriebe zur Überholung abgeben würdest, würdest du beispielsweise nach 200.000 km Laufleistung auf gut Glück alle Zahnräder montiert lassen, nur weil sie gut aussehen?! Dann kannst du ja auf gut Glück hoffen, dass du nicht 2x für eine Überholung bezahlen musst. Genau das wäre nämlich unnötig und dem Zufall überlassen wir nichts.

@@jerry.ontheroad Ich hatte noch kein zerstörtes Getriebe durch ein mitdrehendes Kugellager. Das verdrehen wird ja durch den Halbmond beim Syncro verhindert. Zerkwetschte erst Gänge oder eine zerstörte schiebemuffen vom 4/5 sind Standart. Der verdrehschutz macht beim Fünfgang Getriebe Sinn aber nicht beim Syncro.

@@jerry.ontheroad Wir verbauen alle Zahnrädet wieder die gut und im einwandfreien Zustand sind. Damit haben wir noch nie Probleme gehabt. Vielleicht habt ihr Getriebe die z.B an TDI's geschändet wurden dann hast du recht aber sonst nach meiner Meinung nicht

@@Ordnungsamt_Altschauerberg An dieser Stelle auch korrekt, ausbauen prüfen und säubern schadet nicht. Wenn dir die Zeit für den Ausbau zu schade ist, ist es deine Entscheidung. Und auch hier korrekt, "geschändete" Getriebe bringen wir so wieder in Ordnung :)
