I have been driving Jeep Compass for last 5 years, dealership experience was a bit negative but my ownership experience has been top notch car has never failed me for last 5 years. Service is top notch, yes it is expensive but the workmanship is absolutely fine. You are basically paying to take care of your car by finely trained technicians and using top notch spares. Economy is better than most, my diesel 2.0 is giving 20+ consistently in highway and 15 in city. I totally relate to the discussion. I was skeptical before buying it but don't regret it. This is no price on safety.

It was indeed a very meaningful discussion. Navjot spoke about the things which brand should seriously consider. European brands on the other hand have blamed for poor sales by saying that it was a mistake to launch over engineered cars for India. When they say so, they become complacent and don't brain-storm to find the actual cause to improve the brand value and sales People are moving to hybrid. It's a fully developed technology and we don't have any visibility if VW will be ever coming up with that. Great show and will look forward for more such shows....Regards, Nitin Bhargava

If you can tell about "How to turn on ventilated seats automatically when engine is turned on. In manual its writtern "The ventilation power can be set with the ignition on. Ventilation is only switched on after the engine has been started." startng ventilation everytime u sit in doesn't feel good.

That's highly unlikely. VW very rarely facelifts its cars. Even if it does the changes are almost negligible.

I am owning Kushaq 1.5 Tsi since past 20 months and drove 13000/- km….till now no issue with engine, gearbox or any other part….but only complain is not good mileage in City area and but iska ek reason ye bhi hai ki hamere city areas ki road condition itni kharab hai ki kya kahe…..otherwise don’t worry guys….go for Tsi only…..it is mighty beast with bful celestial look

Sir, showroom people only try to sell 1.0 and not 1.5. The other thing which I’m confused is Taigun or Virtus iGT given the seating comfort of front and back seat. Then there are videos which say oh water splash mega Tronic gone, stop Go traffic if you don’t move to Neutral Your DCT ??can a person every 30 seconds or 10 seconds? In a stop go traffic you shifting automatic or parking?

After spending 17-18 lacs this is the first car i had an issue with the headlights of the car. Moisture is coming in the headlights which is a serious manufacturing defect and same happened with my friends virtus too. I dont know what to say!!!

I have Virtus GT Plus Manual, and it is a pain to drive in the city .The clutch travel is very long and the car jerks during clutch release, unless the clutch is released dead slowly. The service centre says that it is normal.

I have VW Vento 1.5 TDi 2018 Model and it is Trendline. I went for trend line because I did not want to get distracted with huge screens and multimedia. What do people need while driving. Only driving pleasure which comes with proper engine, gearbox, suspension set up. These days people go for leather seats, Huge Infotainment screens. Bhai... Matlab... like while driving the maximum you will do is take calls that can be done via bluetooth then what is the point of those huge screens that are extremely distracting. Just focus on Safety, Engine and gearbox, suspension and overall Build Quality of the car. I also have top end version of Tiguan 2.0 TDi but I enjoy driving my Manual Vento Trend Line more than my Highline plus Tiguan Automatic with DSG. I enjoy driving the manual and it is less distracting.

Hello sir, I have observed that in VW/Skoda cars the indicator and wiper levers are in opposite sides unlike other Indian cars. So is there really any challenge while driving these german cars? As I currently own a manual car and driving it single handedly is easy as I can conveniently control indicators while steering and changing gears with other hand. Pls let me know if this doubt of mine really make sense or it will be just matter of time once I start driving any german car.

Don't go for Curvv, the rear seats are terrible. Between Kushaq and Elevate dekh lijiye which one you like more. Both are good cars.

CRDI or any diesel is turbo charged my friend. I feel like your usage is on the higher side. So if you want to keep the car for longer time, you can go for the Verna diesel.
