For Indian Markets, we need to divide in 15m multiples, so for us 25 candles of 75m, is the best timeframe to view the complete candles for a 5-Day Moving Average.

6hrs 15 min gives 25 periods of 15 min. multiply by 5 gives us 125 candles. am i wrong ?

@@nikhilkambli2008 you are correct that for 5 DMA, it is 125 candles for 15 mts TF. NirSar says for 5 DMA, it is 25 candles for 75 mts TF.

@@nikhilkambli2008 yes, so if use 15m timeframe you need to use a setting of 125 for 5 day average. If one uses 75m timeframe then setting should be 25 and if someone uses 25m timeframe then setting should be 75. Basically 375 minutes in a day multiplied by 5 and then should be equally divided.

In the Indian mkt, it means only 1,3,5,15,75 minutes chart should be taken to get one full candle.

this is very informative video, but still viewing vwap on larger timeframes is typically of no use, its only useful in hourly n below timeframe.

this is not true Freddy, take a closer look and you will realize it is valuable on all timeframes. Look at IWM from the 2020 low, look at SPY from the Jan 2021 start of year,I could go on all day with examples

After this interview I saw few of Ur videos on vwap, still unclear whether to use high/low or close for resistance/support or all three. Tried on few of my holdings too. I guess will have to see more of Ur videos to get clear picture. Or may be if there is any video of its where u have explained these it will be very helpful. I used high to find resistance, n low for support,which made sense. Close anchored vwap always comes in middle. N normal vwap is acting like 5d sma on daily chart, not helpful.I use normal vwap for intraday. Thanks once again.

Hi, Do we take the H+L+C / 3 value of a candle to plot an Anchored vwap, or we can be flexible about it? I am not sure if Mr. Brian mentions it in the video. I was practicing with anchored vwap from the low of a candle, as mentioned in Nitish Kumar F2F.

I understand you are not experienced. Please do paper trading. Just invest 10 percent of the money in your favourite stocks and see what happens in a day, week,month. Only through Experience, u will make money. Stock market is not everyone, if you got strategy and discipline, you can make money. Never put all your money. Stock market is simply experienced trader or investor taking money from new traders or impatient or greedy investor.
