I know of ppl who consider the pianist’s facial expression a determining factor, like they need the grimaces to help them appreciate what they hear. Which is fine, but personal preferences are highly subjective. To me, how you always carry yourself with poise on stage is absolutely one of the things I love about watching/listening to you. The trait of a great musician (in my humble opinion) is his dedication to serve the boss in the room - the music, while reducing superficial expression to a minimum necessary level. And that’s exactly what (I believe) you’re doing. Good luck on the upcoming concert! And please! Do those series on your transcriptions, it’ll be a blessing to your listeners. How about staring from your personal favorite (if you have one)?

You are a brilliant pianist; your face looks appropriate, expressive and completely natural. I have found all these 3 sessions (L’Isle Joyeuse) invaluable. Thank you.

Will you please check your score. At the top of the third page from the end of the piece, the section that begins with the low grace notes followed by low G octaves-march-like despite being in 3/8. OK, I think you are making the melody in the right hand go up instead of down about three measures into where the right hand begins to play. Not a big deal, but I think you might find it worthwhile to check. Thanks! Gosh, I love this piece!! And I love your playing of it. It's been wonderful being able to hear a real master work through the process of learning it.

That part 22:00 is Forte to subito p starting with that first grace G note. Just sharing so we can help each other. It is hard for me to go suddenly piano that note.

I love his playing, but Alicia's performance is on a completely higher level.

In several places, perhaps because of the sound pickup in your studio, the left-hand melodies are not distinct enough. Perhaps that will change as you progress.

It happens in a performance which is half(or less) ready :). Will improve
