Thank you , Vytas. This may be super simple to someone flexible or someone who has practiced yoga a long time, but I am the opposite. I workout daily, but am very rigid & I'm at the age it's getting worse . Very tight in hips, calves & hamstrings. I've tried yoga in the past. They go too fast for me & the moves are far beyond my body range . This routine make me shake & was difficult for my stiff body in some positions ,but was actually doable . I'll be able to continue this to see if I can improve my flexibility & strength.

I love the class, specially for people who can't be on the floor for not being flexible
