The Tesak has Heat and AP normalising and ricochet mechanics. it doesn't ricochet until very flat angles and still has 5 degrees of normalising so very effective vs thin yet angled armour

The FV tried blind shooting the same central ridge bush, right side of T57, but skill was directly behind that bush along the FV line of fire, and I think that's why it connected.

Light tank driver here, I don't think this needs any buffs. Looks balanced and fun enough to play. Knowing wargaming, any buffs to this will make it overpowered. It's literally designed to be a battle light tank, dueling other light tanks and winning the engagements, and then flanking unsuspecting victims. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you can basically kill any light tank in the game during its reload. It's guaranteed death if you happen to catch the enemy light tank off-guard. You just take one shot from them and then just proceed to murder them in a matter of seconds. Also, 3000 base DPM with a standard pen of 192mm... It's NOT bad at all! :O It's also funny how the pen drops at 500m by only 14mm lol.

@@thunder7135 The problem with the EBR breaks down to 3 parts, It's incredibly small hull, insane speed and the tires that seem to absorb way more rounds than it should. This lt has none of those OP features so I really don't see this being as OP as you assume it's going to be.

I tried the tank in test server. And from my experience, this tank is quite balanced. Remember these are the few tanks where you trade dpm for higher penetration - the optimal way premium ammo should be. And yet, the new line does not feel frustrating to play with. They are okay, perhaps not a true light tank, but a medium tank without armor. Clip won't deal outrageous damage, except for when using HE against targets with absolutely no armor to speak of(themselves). Overall, I think this new line is a lot better than the recent lines.(Think UK wheelies, JP heavies, Polish TD... All of them have glaring problems...) The Czech lights however don't, at least for now.

Only judging by your initial comments at the start of the video, I think for a fkn change, WG did something well then. Because the old formula was: bring new OP tanks, hope everyone converts free exp with gold, ruin the game, profits. I hope they don't buff this thing's gun, it can break the game for a lot of tanks. But if it's on par with Sheridan in terms of scouting capabilities, maybe some buffs on that front...

If this was a medium tank, I would agree. But this being a light tank, I disagree with you skill. Not being able to do crits makes sense. It would be broken if it were. Just imagine what it would be capable of if it were. You clip someone, kill half their crew and destroy half their modules in 3 secs...no. Also the rate it does dmg - you said it yourself- you can clip a 4005...with a light tank. What more do you expect? Also the gun does not bloom and overheat. Imo this is already way too powerful for a LT. I get you like lights and want them to be powerful, but I think you're missing the point. Thanks for the vid.

I absolutely love this tank, its great that you have to choose which ammunition type to use, spamming gold isnt the best way to play, I have done some horrific damage to enemy vehicles, you will meet things you cant pen, but you can permatrack them for your team, finishing top on team for damage in a lot of games, the only other light tank I can usually do that in is my Sheridan, which is currently my favourite tank, its the same play style of yolo at the enemies rear at very close range, then run away to reload, I think if they buff anything, they could easily make this tank op, I think its perfect as it is.

@@Flash4ML yep, 100% agree, its a niche tank, I think that's the best type of tank, something some people will just play just for fun, but not everybody, it keeps the matchmaker nice and varied, I am glad its not looking like it will be overpowered, not every tank needs to be super competitive, but I also don't want every tank to be the same as it gets boring, in this current hull down heavy meta, anything a bit fun and silly is welcome.

Well take nearly no module damage (6 module damage per round) and combine it with the 10 caliber rule (A round that penetrates armor and deals damage, ceases to exist after 10 times the caliber aka 57cm / 22,44 inches ) = no module damage, because the round cannot reach the module before it ceases to exist. Thats also why bigger caliber guns tend to destroy more module, because more module damage and more "range" to get modules inside the tank.

The gun seems to be fine. It might feel it does not do a lot of burst. But if you compare it to an AMX 105 it would mostly take longer to burst someone while having a much longer reload. It also does not require you to aim your shots carefully and just braaap away and let rng do the work. I think the problem lies more that as a light tank it is just matched against tanks that can scout much better and therefor you have the feeling you handicap your team. A slight camo buff to make it atleast sit in between en amx and wz would be fine together with a small hp buff (100) to make it less vurnerable in combat. Something else. And im not sure if it "historically" was part of this tank. But most autocanons are dual belt fed and can either shoot AP or HE with a flick of a button. Being able to have a faster swap between shell types (while making intuition make it even faster.) would give the line some extra enjoyment without making it op.

This looks like a very competitive gun IMO. 3000 base DPM, with 192mm pen (and 178 at 500m, which is very good for an autocannon lol). I expect people to cry about this tank soon lol.

I played couple games and I absolutely love it. When I look at it from all sides, the only buff it could get is camo rating otherwise the tank is perfectly balanced 🎉

One thing i don't agree with Skill is when he always says the tanks need buffing, when it's clearly at least average. It seems they always keep pushing and putting pressure to get more overpowered vehicles in the game.

I'm a bit disappointed the autocannon tanks don't get critical hits that often, I was kind of hoping the line would operate a bit like the leopard at teir 5. Idk, its mobile, it has burst and its fun in right situation. It seems like the best way to use this tank is with HE/finding a way to make HE work. In other words, hunting other light vehicles/flanking. I'm also curious how it works at lower tiers, might be one of those lines where it has a sweet spot at 7 or hopefully 8.

I tried Cs LTs at training room and with my friend we agreed its like MT with good camo. you cant beat normal LTs but at end of battle you jump from bush, kill 3 tanks at 200 HP and run away. or you find back of TD and kill it with HE

What do you think they should buff for this tank? I haven't tried it yet but it has 390 base VR right? If so, then maybe buffing the VR to 400 first would make it slughtly better on open map (thus reducing one of its weakneess).

Because they care about money, not balance. When every new T8 premium is ripping up the balans, it all needs to be changed at some point anyway. The truth is, the progression of powercreep is not only very real, but also necessary for the game to function in its current state, it is one of the driving forces of interest within the community as well

We have the BMP and modern tanks on console. They made a completely different game mode for them called 'Cold War'. True vision, tanks with up to 900mm+ pen, heavy tanks going 70kmh+ etc. It's awesome!

You can easily decap and base, instead of 1 shot you have 200 so you can spray the whole base with HE and you decap... tank also really powerful in clutch situations and lurking in open maps, also is earier in close combat because with other tanks you bounce and you have to wait for reload, here you bounce 20 but pen 100... i dont know what skills wants, manti with autocannon or what ... i think his opinion is totally irrelevant on this tank and im waiting for another video as an apology :D

It isn't that much of an innovation to the game. They were testing overheat on the guns and not use it. It just a t7-combat car at tier 10 with a single shot autoloader instead of a 10 clip 5 burst each clip auto loader with more pen.

Imagine Rheinmetall Panzerwagen or Grille encountering this vehicles: what was a shit is just shittier. This light workd because turret turn faster than vehicle and has massive dpm and HE pen. German Rheinmetall simply turns its turret very slowly and it will never work for doing damage, the gun stabilization is bad so simply they can't compete. The way tack damaged workd simply this vehicle can let an tracked vehicle infinitly tracked.
