IMO Chris Holmes was "the show". A f'ing possessed nut job on stage: Angus on blow. I remember my friend and I just laughing non-stop by how eradicate Holmes was on stage. It was great back in the days putting those flyers up and seeing Wass at the troubadour for those three legendary nights with Armored Saint!! Blackie and I live in the same town, Go to the same pharmacist. And the last time that he played in Los Angeles was at the Key club with Lizzy Borden! I believe tomorrow never dies I just came out. But such a classic show in front of only a handful of people. You could see the frustration and you could feel the Power!!

How great would it have been if Riley, Holmes, Rod, Piper, Blackie would be doing this 40 year world tour. I seen WASP back in the day with Priest. man what a show.! don't get me wrong, I'm so glad that there is still a WASP. These guys are all at the end, it would have been great if they could have done a few shows of the originals for the legacy. WASP definitely changed hard rock and metal music.
@DamienKarras12 жыл бұрын
That would be great...unfortunately, Blackie is like Mustaine - anytime somebody in the band draws away even a tiny sliver of attention from him, out they go! A 'real' reunion with Holmes, Piper, and Riley would have played larger venues and commanded more $$$ but Blackie's ego just won't allow it. :(

@DamienKarras1 well I guess that is true, music even in those days or hell along ways back was greedy always too some extent, I guess when these guys (and I mean the vocalists) get there voice recognized as what most people associate with a band they get caught up in an egotistical power trip..

I hate to sound negative (sorry!), but I wish Blackie wouldn't have that huge mic stand in front of him. It looks great, but at the least, it blocks some of the fans' view, and for some (like if you are directly in front of him), it pretty much blocks your entire view.
