It was hearing that he went back to his faith that brought me back to the band after I had been through a very dark period in my life. KFD was the soundtrack to that particular period but I don’t blame the band or the music for the choices that brought me to that dark place. I came back to the band with Babylon and was happy to have my band back. And I love the albums in between KFD and Babylon.

Bingo 🎉 This is what happens to the majority of young people who grow up in the church. Not all of them, but a lot of them. Some never make it to the Truth, but it appears that he finally figured out that the fault is in man, not God. Many of my friends never made it back to God and died in their rebellion stemming from damages/trauma incurred from the church or so called church.

That's a dark thought. Coming from a christian upbringing it doesn't have to be so dark for there to be hypocrisy. You see a lot of fakes and smiling faces. I'm sure it's something along those lines. It's difficult to remain in a church full of masks.

Well if you think He existed He wasn't a normal man. If He existed you have Isaiah 53 and the book of Daniel to contend with. Daniel said the Messiah would come and be cut off before the temple was destroyed. That happened. It was destroyed in 70 A.D. Daniel even gives the exact years when it would be destroyed full stop.
