For the 3rd question, Weight for height, height is 75cm which means it is height of 1 year old. Weight of 1 yr old is 9kg almost triple of birth weight right? 17÷9×100 right??

Dear, You are also right. When we calculate weight according to formula, at 12 months age- (Age in months + 9) /2 (12+9) /2 21/2 10.5 kg So In third example- W/H= 17/10.5 X 100
