五洞相連黑頭回來了 The connected 5 holes ears were here again!!

以前新影片上架常有人留言，這個是不是跟之前的影片同一個人啊，其實之前的影片都是不同人唷！
但是～這次是5年前的同一個耳朵喔！
因為已經知道是5洞相連，為了要完整清除一顆，不要斷裂或是散開，所以處理方式有微調，前面過程覺得太過緩慢受不了這種步調的可以直接快轉從2:00開始看😅

I’ve seen some people asking me if my uploaded videos were the same model. Actually, the previous videos are all different people!
But, this time it’s the same ear from 5 years ago! Because I already knew that 5 holes are connected, the processing method has been fine-tuned to remove the entire one, not disperse it. It's earwax built up in pierced ear holes.

There's still a tunnel system under the skin. The only way to prevent it from filling up with keratin again is to cut away the skin and sew it shut. I can't remember having seen that being done in the ear, but people often do it with large dilated pores on the back.

I remember when I was little and my mom or dad would see some dirt in my ears they would say I had potatoes growing in my ears. Now I understand completely where it comes from. Nice removal. But, to prevent recurrence, you should cut some of the skin, & scrape the inner sides of the rest so there are small wounds. Then let the wounds heal. This will cause the skin to fuse back together & close the holes.

I saw a video a while back where an Asian lady pushed her instrument in through the side of one blackhead’s pore and out through a nearby one, creating the blackhead-catching condition like this client has. 😳 Some have said this condition was caused by piercings for jewelry, but I have my doubts. How would there be so many outlets from one big hole like this? If someone can understand the language (Chinese?), maybe they’ve heard an explanation. I hope it really was caused by jewelry piercing and what I saw wasn’t a widespread practice.

They need to go to dermatologist and have that flap of skin removed bc it will NEVER Close up, they will literally have to deal with this for the rest of their lives. It would be better Financially to just cut if off completely instead of having to return to you to clean it out every so often. 🤷

このような物が耳にできると耳瘻腔と言い、他の場所にできると粉瘤と言うそうですが、私の主人も背中に同じような物ができています。主人に聞いたら皮膚科の先生曰く完治させようとするなら、このような物ができている周辺のが皮膚ごと切除しないといけないとの事です。中身だけを穿り出していると袋状になっている中身の皮膚がまた新陳代謝で老廃物化して再発するだけだけそうです。
