It definitely helps, because some of these clogged pores can become really nasty pimples. As someone who struggled with acne when I was younger, getting this treatment is helpful. One important thing is to apply some sort of ointment afterwards, or something that would help skin heal faster.

I know what you mean, it's very satisfying. But to be fair to the other estheticians, I'm pretty sure the reason why some of them seem to jump around from one unfinished area to another, is that they're aware how painful it is for the client, so they move elsewhere to give them a bit of a break from the pain in that area. The good ones always go back and finish the whole face....although it might take a few sessions, or a few videos!😄 Have you seen Thúy Truong from Sac Dep Spa? Absolutely the best video on KZbin. This is an extremely bad case of acne that you handled very professionally it was nice to see a long video where the client isn't bleeding all over because they were cut so much that you couldn't tell where the acne began and the blood stopped, I'm sorry, the bleeding didn't stop which made just another crappy video. You made sure the contents were completely removed and didn't harm the skin by making a large laceration and squeezing it so hard. My only suggestion to improve on this video would be not wiping the contents of the acne on your gloves. This is one of the biggest concerns from viewers. It appears in the video that you were trying to not show them but this is impossible, try a 4X4 gauze pad, Kleenex or anything else, just don't use your gloves,. Keep up the good work, your video is the only one that show that you can perform and video tape the process of removing bad acne and do it well.. Your technique, cleanliness and professionalism is just what KZbin viewers want and need. Thank you for a great and long video, keep it up...

I have only been viewing these “popping” videos for about 6 months & I think this was one of the first. I did not realize until I had watched several from the spas just how gifted you are. You don’t only have skill, you have integrity. This client has obviously had these blackheads for a long time & he came to you trusting that you would do a good job. There’s clinics that will charge per blackhead and like extraction they made, I’m not entirely how true this is but I saw many people say the same thing under a lot of videos where they keep the extractions on the glove, apparently it’s very common in Asian countries to have these “beauty stores” that provide services like this. I hope that helps and as far as I know it’s pretty true by the amount of times a lot of other you tubers that post videos like these have explained it and stuff.

Oh wauw, this was one hell of an extraction video. This face was a gift that kept on giving … Some of these clusters were so tightly rooted into that person’s face already: a complete community evolved over time and created an housing development plan, an underground transport system, a banks, a university and even some high end factories. Never have I seen a video that is a) and an extraction; b) and a torture video (that schnauzer is now officially declared dead because of that relentless raid performed on it); c) AND an official weight loss program. I got treatment for my skin problems as a teenager and 1. It is really painful and if you do it on your own you stop really soon because you can and you don't want to bear more pain but the doctor does not unless you sort of beg. (if you know what I mean) And 2. There goes a lot more care into this then a simple session in front of the mirror popping some nose blackheads. It gets treated with steam often and with desinfections and masks before, inbetween and afterwards to avoid it getting even worse by infecting it with dirty hands and such. Acne is a nasty thing and often the pores look like this not because people wait terribly long to do something but because their pores get infectuous. If your skin has no acne problem your pores most likely would NEVER reach a point of that. :) I hope that helped a little as an explaination. P.S.: Please excuse the typos, I really suck at typing with freshly made nails XD!

Ga Spa is the best of them all. Many of them leave the skin like a battlefield with a bloodbath. They used OVERSIZED sharps to enter the pore leaving 'cuts' in the skin! These will scar over time. The best by far.

Finally a video where all is extracted before moving on. It kill me to see how someone pays to remove the blackheads and leaves the core still in the pore for it to get infected and inflamed and not heal

Yes!! I hate it too! Then they quickly cover it with a finger glove covered with dried blackheads & move on. They often skip the red or raised ones, the ones that have pus with a core & need those drained the most! I totally agree!

@Thouzer47 I have watched her show but feel it's over hyped. I've had acne when I was younger but nothing like this ever. Had a girlfriend when had a very bad back scared up very badly by herself or the acne itself don't really know that was a long time ago . I just feel bad that people do want help and then find someone that semi helps them and it in turn turns out far worse then if they did nothing. Often the welts and huge infected red pus filled pimples are failed extractions. And even after opening it up to drain the pus fail to remove the root blockage. I get pimples from time to time and get a plug or Core blocking the pore and the pimple will not go away until the blockage is removed.
