Please understand that it is with good will and good intention to give you discount, as the doctors charges are fixed. Based on an agreed schedule approved. They discount for U if U need to pay cash, not they charge extra when insurance paying. I think doctors should not give discount from now on but charge everyone based on the fixed rate, regardless of paying mode

Because the fees increase, the charged fees are not based on the year you buy but how much people has claimed based on past history. There are also other fees, but how much people have claimed is the majority fees.

什么3，4年调整一次，我的医药卡2020-2024 5年调整4次， 只有一次是年岁原因调整 age bracket，其他3次是 revise due to medical inflation 也就是 “价格从新定位” ，跟我当初买保单时的 ”价格增长预期表“ premium quotation, 越拉越远，贵到比原先的quotation 翻倍了。 而我还没有老，就要面对这些，以后老了更够力。

不旦只是医院或者私人诊所都一样胡乱收费！尤其是新的诊所，举例：普通看诊在新开诊所普遍是100以上，但是在旧的诊所或许60以下！让人无法理解，还未必能到药到病除！

保险公司，买时是rm1095, 讲的五年涨一次，其实两至三年就涨一次，每次涨都四十％以上，我五十岁买的保险，渐渐到了六十五岁前，rm2480. 9.到了65岁，直接来个涨100％. rm4961. 8,离谱呀？心想这样下去，吃不消，是迫我断保吗？这样个涨价法制，考虑之后，只能决定断保，只能找政府医疗吧。（当时是疫情期间，我的女儿家全部都中疫，打电话问过保险公司，中疫的住院，没保理赔，要自己付款，）真人真事。
