HI! I'm happy to watch this video! Ali's dignified attitude reminds me a traditional Japanese lady! 🇯🇵✨ That means elegant and beautiful. 🥰

muito prazer Ali e Kate’s . este meu primeiro comentário. eu também vivo no japão. 😊
Kate sounds too Anglo-Saxon to my mind. Is her real Russian name Екатерина (Yekaterina イェカチェリーナ) just like Catherine the Great? Or else Катерина (Katerina カチェリーナ)?

I think Kate is her nickname to her longer name, much like Ali is my nickname for the longer 'Alexandra'.

@@alidesu1 Thanks for the explanation. But in that case, a Russian woman would have used the nickname, Катя (Katja カーチャ) instead of Kate (Кэйт ケイト), which I find too Anglo-Saxon. I suppose her cosmopolitan life moves her in the direction of less Russian and more English, though. By the way, your nickname, Ali reminds me of a male Turkish immigrant, whom I met somewhere in Germany.
In America, the woman will get mad at you for opening the door for her or offering your hand. They will tell you, "I don't need your help, I can do it myself, I am equal to a Man."

I think UK is between this and Russia in style! I was surprised how 'ladies first' Russia seems, but yet there are still things British women expect (such as walking on the inside of the pavement, whilst the man walks on the outside).
