I enjoy your recipes, Chef Ajian. One question regarding this one: did you remove the water from the wok after blanching the bitter melon, or did you cook the beef in a water/oil mixture? I would think you removed the water, but could you please clarify? THANK YOU!
I enjoy watching your cooking videos but I find it too long especially the preparation of the ingredients. Can you shorten the preparation part because it is too boring to watch you cleaning , peeling, cutting, the whole process is too long and takes up too much time. I think we can follow by watching only part of the preparation process instead of the whole thing.
