I think that each flavor foley song has underlying themes of different types of "love" butcher vanity: obsessive rawdog: lustful weathergirl: unrequited still thinking about which type this would be. (im thinking maybe its about a love that makes you forget all else)

I think butcher vanity can also be interpreted as obsessive "self-love," (with a bunch of underlying self-hate) since often times both the song and MV implies that the prey is also the butcher herself. And well, it's "vanity" means inflated pride in one's own appearance and abilities. For this song, I think it's carefree and kinda hedonistic sort of love? The song paints their love as something that destroys order, a lifestyle that's beyond just the means of living. That is, doing things deemed "unnecessary" for survival, or things that may even neglect their survival, but ones that they thoroughly enjoy regardless (or maybe that's exactly what makes it fun and enjoyable). They don't follow the societal rules when it comes to love and living. Like instead of, I don't know, hoping to get married and have kids n stuff like people would expect lovers to, which is deemed by many to be the "right" path to follow, the lyrics describes their relationship as "neverending fling," and one that specifically strays them away from that "well-lit path".

Described to be something a little off the rails, where the ‘glowing/bright/brilliant’ (炜) love is both something special to be treasured as well as something explosive and blinding, where those pictured in the song are running around causing a ruckus, “danc[ing] till [they] die”, and egging each other on to “never die down”, all fueled by the dirty liquor mentioned at the start and end to mark the boundaries of the raucous dream.
