@@robertlu.x I have been looking at El Salvador, Peru, Panama to try to build an IT support and monitoring centre. My key concerns are corruption, cost of living, internet speed, and local labour (English fluency, wages, and education.

I really don't know much about Peru. The current political situation makes some rich people move their money to Panama and Miami. Please check this well. This is what I heard. As for El Salvador, it is getting much better under the President Bukele. But I still think Panama is a bit safer. The new mayor of Panama city, Mayer Mizrachi is a great guy. I really like what he is doing. You may want to follow his instagram account to know Panama better. I will look for more information to share. Good luck.
