78 to 92 kgf is a pretty rapid growth. I miss the time when I was a beginner in grip strength training and progression was just on another level. It's way slower now and sometimes it takes half a year or even more to gain 1-2 kgf if there any growth at all. Watching videos of the Japanese guys helped me to see that dedication pays off and you can have gains with the disciplined approach. Thank you for another it's great to watch them and learn something new.

When I was a beginner, the biggest growth I felt was when I used the super gripper. Now it is very hard to grow just 1 kg. I also have to work steadily in the long run.
