谢谢分享，赞同“马后炮”的比喻。但是我刚刚从另一位在这里教授英文的native speaker 那学到，Should have 表达的是后悔、遗憾、失望等负面的事情，而Could have则完全没有这个意思，仅仅表达了一个choice, just showing that this is the thing I didn’t do.

Hi there, yes you’re right! 『情態助動詞+have+過去分詞p.p.』表示對過去事件的推測 Someone could have been here because the door is not locked. 這裡可能已經有人來過了，因為這道門沒有鎖起來。 另外，情態助動詞有很多種；may 的可能性比might、could還要高囉！ 希望對你有幫助！👍❤️
