Chouki's theme title is a pun. The kanjis "亡" (decease), "月" (moon) and "王" (king) are the parts that make up the kanji "望", which means ambition. This is probably related to Fumikado's desire to become the new vessel for Tairo no Masakado; or Chouki's desire to help Fumikado achieve their dream. This kanji can also mean "full moon", which is related to Fumikado's theme name: "Moon Child ~ Homunculus Dream" and "Hands that Can't Reach the Moon". Notice how the word "dream" (equal meaning with ambition) is also present in Fumikado's theme name. JynX planned it out all along. (edit) Shout out to werewook, they got to the pun before me!
