Racial profiling is a natural defence mechanism of the swedes who are seeing their country turn violent and crime ridden in the past 20 or so years. I'm an immigrant too but I totally understand them, when the patterns are usually the same you can't help yourself but learn those patterns.

Racism?! Been in Sweden for 15 years and have still to experience such a thing and I'm not white. Swedes tend to be difficult to communicate with unless they're drinking but other than that Sweden is pretty good. You get to experience all seasons, the best thing is the country side for sure.

For me racism can be supicious or angry looks, following you in the store etc (suspects stealing…), which happens then and then to me, and I don’t dress like a thug. Perhaps you just been lucky so far or you are blind, or you don’t want to admit it actually happens to you. But hey if it actually never happens to you then that is great! Age is probably a factor too. I was born in Sweden and so was my parents.

@@sgs9845 I don’t know what your experience has been man, hope really it hasn’t been too bad. For as a brown skinned person I have seriously never felt I’m not welcome in any way but perhaps, by what you’ve said I definitely have a different definition of racism than you. For me mostly the most hostile experiences I’ve had have come from other immigrant groups, not necessarily Swedes, except one time when a drunk Swede said something slightly prejudiced to me on a bus and the rest of the people sitting (also swedes) were fast to attack his stupid behavior. If I had had such an experience why wouldn’t I admit it? Just being honest here.

Sweden is one of the best places to live in, the Swedish people are so cold and mostly kind, we immigrants came here and started corruption and gang shit. In Sweden you can study for free and get paid to study and become whatever you want to be, i came here for almost 10 years ago and work as a teacher assistant and let me tell this, i really enjoy my job and almost all of my friends and closest people here are Swedish

Come here respect the culture and the laws and do what you can to support yourself than you mostly get respect back. Nowadays it is so many of the migrants that doesn't do that and the gang violence and crimes is all over the country and off course the welfare crimes are skyrocketing. Many swedes including my self is sick and tired of it. As a people we have been hard tested the last 20 years and if you complain you are considered a racist or some other BS. It is not good when you feel like a stranger in your own country. With that said we of course have many many good and decent people from other countries in Sweden. But sure man we got problems here and it is not racism and it is not because of racism i can tell you that, more likely the system is to soft and kind.

@@BengtLofqvist It’s sad to read all these issues happening in your beautiful country and I’m really sorry for that. Before my interviews, i often have a chit chats with participants especially dark skinned people from Africa and one common concern they have is why they’re included in the chaos. Majority of them seem to be hardworking and not involved with the crimes but for the fact that they’re also immigrants, they’re automatically culprits. What do you make of this?

@@TimeWithStephen yeah im swedish and i have absolutley nothing against immigrants or anyone "not swedish" originally. The only problem is the growing attitude of "fuck sweden" and being a gangster when the swedish welfare system has given you all the opportunities possible- free education, free healthcare and a good salary even if your unemployed. Both swedish looking and forein looking people have this attitude. With that said i think a lot of poeple get mad when they see people behave like this and some people may confuse that with racism. but 99% of those people that you might think is racist would totally accept you if you show them that youre a good person. wich all people in this video seems to be. So we just need to love each other :D

@@TimeWithStephen If most of the crimes are commited by immigrants and their kids you after a while get a little bit suspicious to everyone of them. But at the same time some immigrants are seeing racism everywhere they look. Real racism is i don't think that common in Sweden not among swedes anyway. I do think it is unfortunate that hardworking immigrants have the feeling of being looked upon as criminals, and i do think i can tell the difference most of the time. . I know a lot of hard working people from noneuropean countries and many that don't, you know guys who come to Sweden living on welfare and visting their home countries in Africa 3-4 month and than back to Sweden working out at the gym socialising with their friends and living on welfare. Nice guys but parasiting behavior. I don't know why they are here in the first place living on the taxpayers money. It is much more to it than this but i can't go in to it all. The bottom line is that i have seen a pretty homogen safe country turn into a country with a totally different demographic in about three decades with lot of social disturbens because of that. It bothers me,.the Sweden i grew up in is gone and it makes me sad. Excuse me for whining.
