Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t you guys released a video maybe 2-3 years ago with the same country but different family. I somewhat remember the swabian dumplings. Otherwise it’s still great video! ❤️🤙🏻

Maultaschen are maultaschen and ravioli are ravioli, both are from different cultures and also similar but different dishes. Please don‘t call maultaschen ravioli.

Disappointing series really as the only recipe that is really swabian are the Spaetzle. The rest is for sure not standard table fair here. Would have been much better to Show real household foods like "Braten", real Maultaschen (dumplings) or Krautspaetzle.
