Very nice. Put together individual fighting postures from the old days. When is someone going to demonstrate what they are for. It's an insult to the ancestors spirit. A depleted system only half handed down. Lost through poor teaching perhaps. Shame. What a loss

What I am saying is I can't find someone who knows the applications, it's an important bit in the evolution of Wu, but no one has shown the applications. You don't need tai chi for health and fitness but you do for fighting, these people have lost the skills. Why do you have a problem if Michelle is a man? @MichelleObama isAman
