W2. The ecotourism module of "Thalori" and the adjacent farm

An excellent example of ecotourism, “Thalori” was created recently utilizing abandoned houses in the traditional settlement of Kapetaniana in Herakleion. The learning opportunities on the nearby adjacent farm are plenty and the students that participated in Phase A’ were able to experience firsthand what it means to run a farm and to manage it in the context of agrotourism and equestrian tourism.
