This Freaked Out Poodle's Matted Fur Is So Long She Can't See When Cars Are About to Hit Her. This dog, who we named Tootsie has been on the street in Houston for nearly 6 months. And she is really scared. We got together with some rescue friends and trapped her and get her all cleaned up and groomed so she could go see the Vet and get adopted. Watch to the end to see who adopted her.

Thank you for rescuing tootsie she's adorable I hope karma finds whoever abandoned her & left her in that condition the rescuers & their staff did a great job cleaning her up but could've talked to her more to reassure her you could see she was scared I'm glad she found her forever home with lots of love tootsie deserves it & so much more

Your groomer may be efficient, but is very aloof to the dog being groomed. Up until the grooming, I was very impressed with Texas rescue. The person doing the grooming, needs to get a heart. Maybe then she will have compation.

To everyone saying how rough and brutal the grooming was, in what way? The dog wasn’t complaining or acting harmed at all. The black goo looks like tar. I had a dog that rolled in tar. It took a few washes and brushing to get it out! It was quite the mess!! They had a lot to do with that cute adorable puppy! She looks so good. They did a great job considering she was a street dog. Good luck Tootsie. You deserve a great forever home!!💜💜💜
