This is a WACCA console, a ring-shaped RGB touchpanel. You can find these WACCA consoles in Round1 arcades in the US!

WACCA is the name of the game, Reverse is the latest version of the game! You can unlock new colors for the wheel by leveling up and openijg boxes on the website.
