That's not true. The episode is a side eye to how M&M's relationship will be/how it's been based on the clips. Moxxie has experienced traumatic events during his early childhood, so he's begun to have internal "failures" and internal "doubts" about himself as a whole. He wasn't only jealous of the fame or popularity in being a celebrity as oppose to what Millie was; he was envious of Millie being able to connect people and of him being pushed away. Since he didn't know of Millie's childhood, he didn't see a reason for Millie to be angry at him, hence why he's yelled at her. When he snapped at her, Millie referred to her in her childhood she felt "unimportant," which made Moxxie realize why she did this and he's hurt Millie. This would give clues on how the relationship would turn out in the end. Obviously, the relationship would thrive no matter what, but it's possible for a downfall to occur in their relationship. If Moxxie doesn't heal his therapy, he could end his relationships of those closest to him like Millie and Blitz as a whole. Millie got an easy-way to getting accepted to the humans as a whole, while Moxxie was unsuccessful and reacted negatively, hurting Millie more than she was already.

If your wondering why it isn't as cool as season one, this season seems more focused on the lore of the characters than actual literal assassinations. For example this episode is mostly focused on Moxxie and Millie's relationship between each other, showing how their relationship isn't always as great as we see it. When Stolas was singing at the end of the episode about his failing marriage, when he opened a book it mentioned “Asmodean Crystals”. They’re crystals created by the Lust demon who appeared in the first season, Asmodeus, and they’re meant for Succubi to use as portals to go to Earth and get their body count quota. Stolas was considering getting one for Blitzø, so that if their relationship went down the gutter, that Blitzø could still keep his business afloat without Stolas’ Grimoire. But I did NOT expect the crystals to be some sorta sex toy that you’d have to insert just to use. That’s wild.
