@@livier3970 the real ones came with either 10 or 20 round as standard issue and they were compatible with standard 30 round AK mags, so yep realism as most Russian Special forces used the 30 round mags.

Easily my favorite gun in the game. Load up with 400-500 rounds and take every shot. Watching them panic then inevitably turn there back to you to heal is so enjoyable, not to mention easy kills.

@Villain Videos generally grab a vector to run with the vss so I can carry a ton of 9mm. Even with 400 rounds when you can shoot at everything without being heard it goes quick.

If you’re using VSS especially on Duos/Squad, enemies can hear where you are. But you can hear 2 things : 1. Your own VSS sound 2. Enemy scream

Vss with a dmr/bolty is the go Wacky. Use the vss like a 3x AR full auto. With a extended quick draw the reload is probably faster then smgs. I rate it.

The VSS is not a sub machine gun in real life, it is a special sniper rifle fed by 9x39 subsonic ammo making it totally silent gun. The bullet is designed to penetrate new bulletproof vests so it has to be heavy to contain enough of energy.

They already improved loot on most maps. To the dismay of the ones of us who love the og feeling of surviving with minimal gear. You are all but fully looted after one or two buildings. I rarley loot corpses anymore, maybe for some ammo, new vest/helm or meds later on in the game.
