I have used it heavily for the past year in saltwater. The velcro is starting to wear out. The rod holder's elasticity gave out recently. Recently I had the whole belt un-velcro and dunk everything. It's been a good belt, but my next one won't have velcro.

Just used in the surf and it was beat to death, nomader how much I tighten it would fall to my knee"s, once causing me to fall, looks good but I was disapponited
