BTW. For me personally, the more wade fishing videos you make is a huge bonus and they’re extremely entertaining and informative to watch.

Like your videos. Love to see more of the wade stuff. Also like to see other baits being used other then just gulp baits. ( I know you did at the end but more throughout the videos ) Maybe some doas , slayers , Zmans , and especially topwaters !!! The way you edit your videos is also Amazing. Definitely top 3 in my line up of videos I watch I also want to make one small tip from someone who's been on water 33 years and counting 15 of which wading. When wading with friends definitely keep at least 15 20 yards between each other so fish cant use you guys as structure to break you off. Learned that the hard way myself when first starting to wade fish

Thanks for the feedback man. All good stuff. I’ll be sure to whip around some new baits. Fly video coming soon I hope as well. And I am definitely looking to do some more wading in future, I’ve got some areas in mind. Thank you!

As a SW FL wade fisherman exclusively now I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated this video. I had boats for years but have become lazy and wade fishing to me is like being a kid again. Question: What jig head do you use with your Gulp? The head I liked the best is no longer made. Thanks
@christian_masterson3 ай бұрын
Z Mann 1/8 ounce. The shorter shank. There great and imitate a baitfish patter perfectly
@AlanWJohnson3 ай бұрын
@@christian_masterson Thank you. I’ve used the Trout Eye and like it OK but on the 1/8 ounce the barbs on the shank are so close to the head I find my Gulp often pulls and tears after the first bite. I love that jig head though on my other soft plastics.
@christian_masterson3 ай бұрын
Yep. Gulps can be a pain. The durability isn’t great but I think the eye on the z Mann helps get some bites. Who knows though

I’ve done it for snook lights before. Besides that I haven’t. Could work well with the shallow water though

Y’all are almost acting like Texas fishermen that spend $150k on a super tricked out bay boat, drive 100mph to their spot, then get out and wade ;)
