Haven't been out there since the 2000s. I remember you could catch big trout at night about 100yds north of the fence at Fred Stone Park but the honey holes were about 400yds walking up the shoreline. Lots of stingrays at night when u begin to walk out so be careful.....in September to November lots of flounder. My bread n butter at night was Saltwater assassin glow shad split belly with straight green worm tail on weedless hook....direct to the main line no weight. Give it 3 seconds to sink and do 3 to 4 turns with a pop slowly.....let me know how u do. 😎

Thanks for sharing!👍 Do you need to wear some type of socks in wading shoes so as not to get blisters when walking that far?
@STOICOUTDOORS Жыл бұрын
Yeah man. I use the Barts Bay Armor boots with some long socks 🧦 to prevent blisters. They also offer protection from Stingrays

@@STOICOUTDOORS I also remember we used to walk out to a sandbar that’s call the community bar. It’s a long walk but we always did well there. There used to be a pvc pipe out the marking it but it’s no longer there so it’s hard to find while wading.

Awesome!! Yeah he was telling me about that spot but we didn’t get to venture off to find out.
