I do believe the same!! This is what it looks like to be apart of a church and involved. So many times it seems as if these CHH artists just pop up out of nowhere, and dont feel the need to be apart of a local church with no one to be held accountable to. He seems very mature, this was a great interview!

As an artist, this was 100% legit. There have been internal struggles between just getting the bag and preaching the Gospel, but thru it all I know if you take care of God's business, He will take care of you. It's great to see authenticity in CHH. It seems like as I'm coming into this genre it's so heartbraking to see it's rarity, or how mucj we place being real and a real disciple on the back burner because of natural issues we see. Thanks for a dope interview yo!

Absolutely LOVE and AGREE with what he's saying about falling back and allowing yourself to rest. And that it's the world's way to tell you to keep going, hustlin, pushin, and don't stop or else you won't get anywhere. You absolutely have to listen to God and what path He's tellin you to take. Rest. God rested. You can and should too.

People really be out here disrespecting Lecrae like he’s not out here doing God’s work. Like he’s not being a light in places that are dark. Like he’s not out here still talking about God and talking about what he usually talks about . He’s saying the same thing he said on Rehab and his older albums . He’s just saying it different ways and rapping it different now with different people. He himself has not changed his stance on God and actually improved and still represents God despite him not claiming to be “Christian rapper” . Dude still talks about God on the daily and on all his interviews and songs. People need to let this man do his thing because God clearly doesn’t have a problem with it and is using him HEAVILY.

Lecrae's album sales dropping has nothing to do with streaming bcuz his Christian supporters came out to support him & make him #1 on Itunes. Lecrae comes across as insincere to both Christians & non-Christians- I'm not scared to say it.

Y'all really need to stop all this hating on lecrae. This dude not here to please you. He does a great job of representing God in his music and REAL-LIFE problems. Do y'all listen to his lyrics and words at all?? Or do you see him do a collab with Zaytoven, Waka etc. and assume he's not doing God's work? Stop following what everyone else thinks is right and follow your bible, and what God says and how Jesus really was. Not what you hear every lecrae hater saying.

Be ye not unequally yoked .... scripture will not change for anyone
@cervantesmiller14296 жыл бұрын
George Dominick do you know what that means tho?? Tell me how Lecrae isn’t equally yoked ? Because he’s around certain type of people ? Is he out here cussing ? Does he smoke ? Does he drink ? Does he glorify money and women ? NO. Find a song where he’s doing that and NOT RAPPING about God or real life struggles . He’s a light in places of darkness which is something the very people who hate on him struggle to do on a daily basis. Try again.
@cervantesmiller14296 жыл бұрын
George Dominick and you talkin like he’s not out here being an example . Worldly rappers who come rap with him STOP CUSSING. They stop rapping about what they USUALLY rap about. They try to be more positive simply because they’re around lecrae. Does he get more negative around them ? Who’s really doing the yoking then 😂😂

J Cole said there is no Hell. Why can’t we just make music for the Lord. Why would you want to make the music without having God and Jesus in every nook and cranny of it. Why can’t we work have job and make music and if your able to do shows and tour make money that’s fine. It should be for the glory of God. I don’t even like the term Christian Hip Hop, just keep it Christian Rap. Hip Hop is its own religion. We need to stop glorifying the culture. Just make music for God. Everybody
