When I was 5 years old other kids in kindergarten told me about Christmas . I ran home and asked my dad if we could do Christmas . He said I guess . When Christmas came I got a big John Deere tractor . It was green . There was five children in the house . Well I played with that tractor for 360 days until it came up missing . Five days later it was Christmas again and I got a big yellow John Deere tractor . We were poor .

I love toys too, but I'm with Ashley - When they all look the same, it's not quite as exciting, unless you're a car, transformer, superhero, tmnt collector! Wade is cracking me up with his identifications of some of the toys. 😅 My favorites were the Haunted House mug and the pumpkin figure with the witches hat. ❤

As promised, I'm going to tell you the story of the black plates marked "France" in the "egg beaters locker"... It all started at the end of the 1970s... In ESSO service stations (the French name for EXXON) you earned 1 point for every 10 liters of gasoline purchased. And with these points, you could have one of these plates, specially created for Esso... 10 points for the flat plate, 8 points for the soup plate and 6 points for the dessert plate... Later there were even coffee cups with saucers. This lasted until the mid-80s when we started to find these plates on the market...

If you sell them for 25 cents each at a yard sale you would still make a ton of cash. Most yard sale shoppers will not pay what anything is worth especially toys and glassware.

You guys need to get like a toy expert to come in there and tell you how to lock stuff up and what’s worse money and what’s not you’re gonna be there forever if you have to look up every single one of those cars or trucks to find out how much they’re selling for I would highly recommend somebody. I don’t know if you live anywhere near him but the guy that does froggy flips. He does toys and I’m sure he might know people closer to you because you’re just gonna literally be doing this for the next 10 years.
