Wafer Paper Conditioner (What to use for making wafer paper flowers?)

If you are unsure or feeling frustrated at not getting your wafer paper the way you want, you might be using the wrong conditioner to condition your wafer paper.

**Type of conditioner mentioned is based on the use of brands of colors with GLYCERIN in it.
GLYCERIN: an oil based ingredient/ humectant that helps to retain moisture.
