Yes it will! I use piping gel to attach wafer paper decorations to the cake

I keep sending my email for the waferpaper conditioner recipe but never receive it the last one was about 5 days ago what is happening. I'm just starting to learn how to make waferpaper flowers and can see that your conditioner is the best idea. I have made clay flower with Nicholas Lodge for 3 years. And have made flowers with sugar paste. I'm wanting to learn waferpaper flowers. I know it's a whole different concept but would love to learn. I can't pay for your lessons because your $200 lessons become $500 NZ.
