I respectfully disagree about who introduced the violence. It started the moment they climbed on the counter, and then start prowling around, no way to tell in the moment if they were looking for a better opening before launching at her again + the other people circling around and the stress/pressure of it. Maybe not the best pre-emptive move but hindsight is always 20/20.

@@CombatSelfDefense After they already invaded the "employees only" space she should have waited till they the were all close and surrounding her. It was a pack behavior situation, and they were bringing the fight to her --- and she couldn't avoid the conflict. Technically landing the "first" blow in that situation does not make the victim the initiator of violence. Waiting for the pack to launch the first blow is not a good idea, unless you're pretty sure they aren't going to -- and crossing into the kitchen can be considered an announcement of intention.

Just my 2 cents. You hit all the critical points the main one being YOU are serving them food at 3 AM. After they start becoming uber-stupid such as jumping up on the counters, etc. I don't care what she did. She shouldn't have to put up with that shit, and I suspect that legally that would hold up as well. That chair block was unreal, like something out of a movie the way it spun around. Well done, ma'am. OK wait, if she was the first to strike then it becomes different. But really not by much, they would still be seen as obnoxious animals attacking "Wendy", and if she felt in danger, that again changes things. Probably the only wrong move was striking first but...

i saw this soon after it happened and i re watched the fight closely, shes got skills man ! shes got left and right combos, upper-cuts, hammer fists and matrix jedi level shit ! she also blocked not one , but TWO chairs, the first one she catches, one handed jedi-matrix style throws it down,and dodges the second one that is thrown at her soon after ! shes got some good fight skills, she should train and become a professional fighter for real, because with some training she could be one of the greats i think, i think she has potential ! i still say its bullshit they fired her,she was defending herself, her coworkers and her place of business.

Hey guys I'm the lady from the video who threw the chair. Here's my side of the story: I was out with my friends clubbing and having a good time. We drank a little, and smoked a ton of meth. As the lightbulb burned and the whole world turned we unanimously agreed we all wanted to have horrible diarrhea. So we went to waffle house. While their I just absolutely knew the government had put cameras in the food and that the employees were all government trained assassins sent here to destroy me. God literally spoke to me and told me to exact his wrath personally. I stood up, slipped on the left over vomit from a previous customer. When I regained my footing I told the white worker in this video "Thou hath cometh for I?" I knew I'd easily defeat these buckets of scrap metal because I had power of God inside of me. I did what any reasonable person on meth that had a mission from God himself would do, I started screaming unrecognizable profanities, at this point my friends realized I was the chosen one. So I chose my weapon, a premium plastic lounge chair from the clearance section of an old Walmart, my target knew she was finished. I could see it in her eyes her programming was not advanced enough for the wrath of God. I slung my weapon of God, mightier than a sword so hard it flew from my hands. At that moment everything stopped and I was left shocked, dumbfounded, and methed out. This metal megladon caught my weapon in mid-air and tossed it aside like it wasn't a premium lounge chair made by finest artisans my local Walmart could conjure. It was as if God set me up for failure, I watched as she cast the mightiest weapon aside like a toy. As the shadow people closed in on me I bolted for the counter. I jumped on top to make myself look larger and hopefully intimidate this sheer perfect specimen of an enemy. I yelled, I screamed, I discharged my defensive liquids, my soft pudgy allies struggling to accomplish climbing the counter beneath me. I let out a bellowing howl, and suddenly I feel myself falling, could it be? Did the robots really defeat me? Was I doing some sort of jump attack? No, I slipped on a waffle...after the air returned to my chest I arose, methed up as ever, I grabbed her gorgeous synthetically implanted Maine and pulled as hard as I could, I lost control, I pulled and pulled while my mouth spewed out noises similar to cows mating, suddenly, two more robots came out of nowhere to save her, the only friend left alive trying to help but slipping all over the hot grease the never comes off the floor no matter how much you mop was useless. I was defeated. I let all my cheering onlookers down, so I did the one thing I was taught to do my entire life, smoke more meth, and pretend I was the victim. The robots won, and the earth was destroyed. God had forsaken us, I fled the waffle house with a sock full of unthawed frozen sausages, went back to my cardboard lair, smoked more meth, and waited on humanities impending doom. So basically now you guys understand it, I was only carrying out gods orders and she destroyed the world idk why I'm getting so much hate
