WAG- 7 in WAP- 4 shell pulls a BOBYN rake through Bidhan Nagar Road

Asansol shed 28062 WAG-7 (in WAP- 4 shell) crawls past Bidhan Nagar Rd. station with a loaded BOBYN rake. I really like watching these G 7's in P 4's shell... ANy reason why CLW use this policy?? Could it be due to shortage of G 7 shell??
