Hangeki no Yaiba (counterattack sword) is a theme song for the mini series "Attack on Titan". Daishinnenkai 2018 is an amazing show.

Wagakki Band is always awesome =) I haven't seen a song i didn't like by them ! Another great band and from Japan is Band-Maid "Blooming" MV =) All their songs are good too !

Yeah, Band Maid are amazing. I have Blooming, Thrill and Domination in my daily playlist. There's something about Wagakki Band that I can't explain. I think it's Yuko's voice that enchants me the most, and then Beni's genius on top of that.

@@ChiliConCarnage Yep all the members of Wagakki Band are top notch professionals ! Beni is my favorite =) If you haven't seen "Guernica" Live 2020 Tokyo Singing ! It has the best light show i have ever seen !

This is one of the finest examples of putting on one hell of a show. WGB concerts are known for their style, dash and excitement, but this one is extra-special. The opening with Yuko fluttering down the runway like a human butterfly just forces your attention on her. And then the procession of Kenbai dancers (I hope I used the right word) just explodes onto the scene like shock and awe. And I also think that Yuko Suzuhana is possibly the finest all-around singer/performer that is out there today. And the other thing specifically about this performance is that Yuko herself is a very experienced practitioner of traditional Japanese dance, in both Ken (sword) and Shi (fan). I wouldn't be surprised at all if she also was an instructor in dance like she is in Shigin. I never tire of her. Have you ever reacted to her solo song "Cradle of Eternity", which she collaborated with Kami Band ? That shows just another side of her musical talent. The videos of her singing jazz are also amazing, further showing her range. A true Renaissance Woman.

I agree, Yuko is definitely one of my favourite singers. I didn't know about her collaboration with Kami band. Will absolutely check that out.

Cradle of Eternity is a wonderful song and a great video. But out of all her performances. I think she shines the most in the Live Premium Symphonic Night Vol. 2. From her star turn in the Overture to her acoustic work with Machiya on several of their most beautiful songs and right through to the end. Just a magnificent performance. And her duet with Amy Lee on Bring Me To Life.

@@fumin8 I thought that the plural of Kenbu would have been Kenbai. Making mistakes is a big part of true learning. I think Yuko is such a special artist because of her talent in pretty much all phases. Not only a fine vocalist, but a fine composer and lyricist, a tremendous keyboardist and her training from an early age in traditional Japanese singing and dancing is just icing on the cake. The live compilation of Nijiro Chouchou stage performances and her live performances of Roku Chounen Monogatari are mesmerizing. I can't think of any other artist on the planet that has the combination she has. I'm hoping against hope that they do a US Tour in the next year or two, as I'm 76 and not as young as I used to be. Barring that, I'd seriously think about coming to Japan to start my bucket list. But I understand that having a young child kind of puts a damper on what you can do.

@@mikeat2637 Totally agreed. Yuko is the one and only artist. There are so many songs Yuko sings and plays very beautifully, passionately, impressively. She can sing completely awesome also such a fast-paced and high-pitched song like Rokuchounen to Ichiya Monogatari (A Tale of Six Trillion Years and one Night) and Noushou Sakuretsu Girl (Brain Matter Explotion Girl), stunning! By the way I'm 75, living in Tokyo.
