One suggestion I've seen in similar posts on this sprayer. Take it apart before using for the first time when it's initially purchased. That way you know what you are getting into. The sprayer works fine, but like most tools, proper maintenance is important. Clean everything per the instructions, lubricate it well where it need to be lubricated. This is important if it will be stored for sometime.

I'm still waiting for the cleanup video.. We have a septic tank & vinyl paint is a no-no for septic tank contamination... but I still need a real good paint gun..

The cord is very short and you will need an extension cord unless you have outlets every 6 inches, lol. With a bedroom, you can get it done pretty quick. Might even be quicker using a roller depending upon the size.

Here is a thought for all those bitching about cleaning the sprayer. Clean as per instructions and then fill the canister with hot soapy water and spay the whole thing out in your sink. Done. :)

What is the length of the electric plug...looks pretty small...do I need to buy an extension? What kind? Planning to buy this to pain my bedroom for a new home...invariably I was quoted around 350bucks for labor alone...I think I can invest in this and later do other bedrooms

I plan to purchase a cheap investment home for rent/ or resale. I want to paint the kitchen cabinets...would you recommend taking the time to brush or use this to paint? I don't need top quality, but I want it to make the house increase its value. Thanks!

but the thing is isn't there different paints that have different thicknesses one's like paint wants any middle and then heavy paint but you guys keep forgetting to talk about that the thickness of the paint what could that machine use

Hey guys, could you share your insight on the wagner paint max. i want to get a paint sprayer to paint my house and i was looking at the wagner but now i've seen so much negative on it, i don't know what to think and i dont want to wast my money. could you please share yours with me. or if something better is out there could you please let me know.

Get the flexio 570/590. That max BS uses a piston to drive the paint out like the versa did, they're loud and garbage, the piston heats up and drys the latex into a plug every 1 minute, then you have to clean it out. Build is most important with sprayers, and piston driven sprayers are junk. You can tell by the sound of them, if your creeping on youtube.

I just used this gun to paint a couple sheds. What would have taken all day is done in 2 hours. Took apart and cleaned with the hose. Was simple and easy. Got on Amazon for 117 bucks. Worth it as far as I'm concerned

This sprayer works good for the first project. After that, it's no good. So if you want to spend another couple hundred everytime you do a job, by all means go ahead. I cleaned every little piece of this gun multiple times and still cant get it to work like the first time out of the box. So frustrating I couldn't even get one wall finished before it started spitting and then, no paint came out. Cleaned it again, same result. 5 times I did this, nothing. Piece of junk
