Once your steamer is filled with distilled water and the cleaning adaptor/accessory you want to use is on, plug the steamer into an outlet and turn on the power switch (the one on the actual machine). The red and orange buttons will light up, indicating the machine is building steam. After about 9 minutes, the orange button will turn off and that means it is ready to go. It is as simple as that. The orange button will come back on if it needs to rebuild steam.

@RendezvousGotSomeBass For actually letting steam out through the steam gun, you'll use the trigger. (1) For intermittent steam generation, press the red safety switch to the ON position and pull the trigger to release steam. (2) For continuous steam generation, press the red safety switch to the ON position, pull the trigger, and press the safety switch to LOCK. That will lock the trigger into continuous steam mode. To unlock, release the trigger and press the red safety switch back to the ON position.

Only my 3rd use and I’m already getting a headache from this product. First, the cap wouldn’t come off. After trouble shooting and fixing it, now it’s leaking and steam is being released from the cap area.

You need to release the pressure through the hose then leave it for 5 minutes then the cap should be able to come off

I use this the one day and then I went I went to use it the next day heated it up. I wasn’t spraying so I figured well. Maybe it was out of water. Tried to take the cap off and it just kept spinning and spinning can’t get it off. If it’s not coming off because it’s hot then when you’re using it how do you refill the thing you gotta wait for the thing to cool off so you can refill it

Hi Gary, great question. Yes , the steamer will automatically shut off when the water level is low. If the steamer is allowed to run dry, a thermal safety fuse will open, causing the unit to turn off. If this happens, unplug the unit and allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes. The safety fuse will reset itself.

I have the 905 but when i plug it in only the RED light comes on when filled and not the orange light. I even switched outlets and the orange light will not cone on at all

Once it heats up when I pull the trigger the first couple seconds it’s nothing but water. Then it steams really good but once I stop for a few minutes I pull the trigger I sprays way to much water again. It not over filled anything like that.

Hey when I was refining it with water the cap would not come off and when I pulled the black part of it came off and I unscrewed the bolt then my next use it put the bolt in and turn it on no steam was comeing so I try to unscrew it and it started makeing very loud noise.

The maximum capacity of the tank is 40 oz. -Verify Indicator Lights: Check if the steamer’s indicator lights are on when you attempt to use it. If the lights are on but there’s no steam, scale build-up might be causing the issue. Follow the descaling process in the user manual to remove any mineral deposits on the heating element. I just got one of these, brand new out the box. I used it once for like 10 minutes. It doesn’t work anymore. The unit heats up, the orange light goes off, but no steam comes out when I press the trigger down. This is actually a safety feature. The cap won't remove while the steamer is under pressure. @@Wagner-Spraytech based on the comments and my own experience, it would be helpful to address troubleshooting for water leaking either from hose or the back of the steamer, what to do if steam starts coming out of the cap, how to know if the water is too high or too low, how to know when to stop using it, tips on/examples of using it to clean or steam things, tips on dealing with all the water when you're steaming wallpaper, etc. That's what I expected to learn from this video.

literally got only 6 full uses out of it, cleaned with vinegar. changed the seal on the valve cap. Just spits water then nothing. tried everything. I keep on reading solutions but nothing. Powers on well and pressure builds. Purchased this product on my holidays in the US and brought it back to Jamaica. #Disappointed
