Back story, they sledged Wahab Riaz heavily specially Watson during Pakistan's innings. Wahan even complained to Michael Clark about it. Later when Watson came to bat, Wahab said to his captain that he would bowl bouncers to Watson no matter what. He gave it back to them. Every batter besides Smith had trouble playing Wahab. There is an interview of Watso saying how he was an idiot for not knowing how fast Wahab could bowl. Entertaining stuff!

That was legit one of the best spells in the world cup history. The great Brian lara said he would pay his match fine. They could've won the match if not for their fielding. Later they dropped the catch of Maxwell and then those two players finished the match. M.Irfan, Pakistan's main bowler, was also not playing the match due to injury. I remember being furious at our fielding but that's normal for a Pakistan fan😂

Had Rahat Ali grabbed the catch of Watson, Aus would have been 4 down in 220 run chase. 70-4 ,still 150 runs needed, Pak beated SA in a similar match in the group stages but in that match they had not dropped any catch. That was a massive massive moment for the WC itself. Aus would have been knocked out of the world cup and Ind vs Pak semi final again.
