Jerry Arizona spoiling us this week with banger after banger. Usually just a Monday night thing that I look forward to every week. When can we get you guys up to the north shore in Minnesota to film our waterfalls? Absolutely love all your videos. Thank you for doing what you do. I came across your videos a few years ago when looking for a good day hike in phx.

I am loving watching your Oregon adventures. And I agree, waterfalls are awesome. I don't think I ever realized how close to the road all those falls are. Beautiful stuff!

Sometimes the food is that much worth it - LOL. Seriously, thank you for this post. From my perspective, it's been a bummer. Without going further than that, I can't tell you how grateful I am to see this in the YT feed as a brand new clip. Woke up this morning and realized that there are some major southern UT national park opportunities coming online in the next few days - deliberately cryptic so as not to lessen my chances - and it was a small slice of optimism that will feed me for a while. You and Tina's contributions here are always so appreciated. Again, thank you.

Love the local video. (I’m in Vancouver) The credits were hilarious and the footage spectacular as usual. On the Washington side of the gorge, just out of Carson, is Falls Creek Falls. Hopefully you got to see that one also.

I wish I was back in Portland to show you around. At horsetail falls you could have went up hill a ways and walked under Pony falls then a little further you would have come to Triple Falls. Too bad about the gorge we had a big fire when kids lite firecrackers that set the area on fire. It’s a short hike up the narrow gorge to a waterfall. Like a miniature. Zion hike. You’re sure showing off our beautiful gorge area and Oregon. We get a lot of visitors who end up moving to Oregon. Thanks for your videos

Love it. We have friends and relatives who live in OR, some on the coast the others less than an hour east of Multnomah Falls. We’ve traveled out there from Atlanta many times. The Gorge is such a beautiful place. Glad you both got to see it.

These waterfall shots are awesome! The Columbia River Gorge is just full of magic, and Wahclella, Horsetail, and Multnomah Falls really show it off. Love the humor with the blurred guy - totally cracked me up. Thanks for letting us escape and enjoy these beautiful falls for a few minutes! 🌊🌲

Town of Hood River is quaint and lovely, and the “Fruit Loop”, the meandering highway through the heart of Oregon’s orchard country, is filled with farm stands selling delicious berries in late July / early August. Oregon is a beautiful state.

Now that’s the amount of water you should have seen at Silver Falls! Multnomah Falls is always worth the visit, but the crowds suck. Hopefully you got to the top where the crowd thins out. Love the credits.

Multnomah Falls is rarely not busy when the weather is pleasant! I bet you would have enjoyed the short hike to Upper Horsetail Falls (aka Ponytail Falls), which you can walk behind. Bridal Veil Falls is another one of my favorites. Happy travels! 💜

Ah, Multnomah Falls where, a while back, a huge chunk of rock came loose and fell on a group of people who were taking wedding photos in a prohibited area at the base of the falls. People didn't believe the signs saying rock could fall and the prohibition didn't apply to them. So, the falls took action and made them repent. Lucky for them, it was only a warning and nobody was killed. Oregon has great Mexican food because a lot of Mexican people have settled here, and they like to cook the real thing for everybody who wants to enjoy it. Hope you did!

That has to be one heck of a conflict to fight against. You guys see so much cool stuff and just about all of it in serenity of being alone and appreciating it in peace and then you see something beautiful and want to admire it and there are like 578729382938293848 people there.

Hi, I grew up in Oregon and if you have a chance to hike in Bend Oregon at some point there are 2 hikes I love there called Fall creek to green lakes and another hike called No name lake that I liked to hike starting at Todd Lake. It’s been so much fun watching you hike in my old stomping grounds. Safe travels.

Multnomah Falls, while beautiful, is so close to the road & parking lot that it is flooded with tourists. Happily, the other falls along that route require a decent walk to access, which weeds out the many infirm people unwilling to put in a small bit of exercise.
@conniewojahn6445
@conniewojahn6445 2 ай бұрын
Infirm people? Don't you mean out of shape people? My sister is infirm, uses a wheelchair because she can't stand or walk more than a little way. She's willing to "put in a small bit of exercise" as much as her body will allow, not because she's lazy. Place close to the road allow her to enjoy nature like she used to be able to do when she didn't have PD.

I visited the waterfall trail in November of 2021 and was able to visit and photograph four falls: Latourell, Bridal Veil, Wahkeena and Multnomah. Will be returning to get the the rest one of these days and hope the trails closed due to fire damage will be reopened by then. Visiting Multnomah on a cool, wet November day meant less tourists and the ability to photograph the falls with no one on the bridge.
