Can seniors be given the same extended reach like the legend? Is it the lever that gives them that extra reach? Not just the blade? I’m also looking at corded versions which I believe have the same motor . I’m actually curious about the legend wedge blade the magic staggered blade . I like a smooth cut so idk both the wedge and staggered are sold as smooth cuts .i wonder what the difference is via look

I have both. I just use the senior for debulking. I use the legends and my babyliss for detailing.

I own both and both are really good clippers, I keep em both on the cord. I would say I use the senior when in a hurry I would stick to the legends for my blurry high fades. It produces a cleaner fade while the senior fades lower than the legend

Senior all day for me. I really wanted to like the Legends, but couldn't get over the lack of power that I had come to expect from the Seniors. I ended up putting a 00000 balding blade on the Legends and now use them as my dedicated clipper for balding out. The Senior takes out the bald line perfectly and they work in harmony to create a nice bald fade.

I can’t remember the brand to be honest as I picked them up at barber expo a couple of years ago. There are now a lot of companies selling them through EBay and Amazon at a good price so maybe worth giving them a try.

Yes, bulk cutting with Senior, blade closed to .5 guard with Legend.

Both would do a great job. If you want to stretch the fade then Legend because of its bigger blade range. Senior would be good for its greater power

I would say the Seniors because it’s more powerful but you may want to consider a trimmer as that would get even closer.

I have both the magic and senior, I think they’re both ok. But when I used the Legend it seemed to do everything we’ll bulking and fading, I didn’t switch Clipper’s like I usually do.

Yeah the legend definitely gives you more options with the extended fade range.

@@MrSmith246 not just told just verity of colors. However gold and black is my color wave 🤷🏾‍♂️ everyone has their own opinion that’s why gamma and style craft are so popular as well as providing good clippers.

Both the Magic Clip and Legends are great clippers. If you want increased power to cut through thicker hair or just cut faster then the Seniors are a worthwhile investment 😉
