In the beginning I get confused. I know you need to roll a 1 or a 6 to get out of HOME. But….(1) if you roll a 6, do you place your marble on the 1 spot and roll again, or do you place your marble on the 6th spot and roll again. I’ve always said whether you roll a 1 or a 6 you can only get out of HOME onto the 1 spot but only roll again if you originally rolled a 6 getting out of HOME. I’ve seen some boards having the 1 spot and 6th spot colored as if when you roll a 6 when trying to get out of HOME……you can place your marble on the 6th spot instead of the 1 spot. Does that make sense? I need clarity. I know everyone plays differently but if I make one of these, I want a set of rules that are truest! An example of my confusion is on the video “WAHOO: How to play Texarkana style”. Please reply!

They are not very clear on all the rules. I learned to play 1 and 6 get out on 1st spot outside home with the exception of going again when rolling a 6. Then you have to roll one number more than the corner to go to the middle and then proceed to roll a 1 on later turns to get out on another corner spot. You cannot pass your own marble and have to get exact numbers when getting in home

Your board is wrong, there should be 5 holes around the outsides of the board not 6
