Great review as always! I'm still loving my SPD clipless the most. Easy to walk on, easy to get gunk out of, easy to clip in. My fear with these is getting too much gunk inside and having to scrape that out when i'm out during a ride.

You can by “plugs” for the cleats for those (rare) occasions when you have to get your feet dirty off the bike. They came with my new Zeros last year, odd that they don’t supply them with PM pedals.

Great review, and makes you wonder if it’s worth getting the dual sided version?.

Depends - if you believe you have a large imbalance of power from your left vs right leg, then the dual sided can be beneficial. I have around a 51/49 imbalance from left to right leg and my power based off of a single left only PM can be sometimes be 10 watts higher on average over a ride. Thanks!

slightly unrelated but in your opinion what is the best gps music running watch under 300gbp (400usd)? im looking at the garmin 245 right now but would be interested to know if there are any other options at that price range that compete? btw love the content keep it up!

Great Review... for the bottom of the cleats, they sell plugs for them incase you did have to walk on some crap. I've used mine on a couple of occasions...
