Beat Salazar without Golden Eggs. 5. Having a specific weapon loadout. IE: Punisher, Stryker, Broken Butterfly, Krauser's Knife and that's it. 6. Only purchasing the final case upgrade. 7. Shooting x number of castillons (if possible) 8. Acquire every gun in main storyline. 9. Make one of every recipe. 10. Kill x enemies with normal bow gun bolts. 11. Shoot The Big Cheese's Hat

Fun idea but too one sided. Dante could do with some kind of boost to even the odds a little. Maybe give him a time advantage to go through the list before you do, or possibly have it so he can pick 5 of the challenges to lock you out of completing before you start.

Here's a few ideas: 1) Assassinate 10 enemies (pure stealth, reloading saves does not count). 2) Clear one chapter without taking damage. 3) Clear Village on Chapter 1 with only a handgun. 4) Defeat the Verdugo without using a rocket launcher or liquid nitrogen. 5) Kill two enemies with a headshot at the same time (shotgun is allowed, heads must blow up). 6) Kill 5-10 enemies with melee attacks (fully killed, no transform). 7) Exhaust the Merchant's inventory requiring pesetas (buy everything he sells at one point, excluding anything that requires spinels). 8) Equip 3 charms. 9) Have Ashley be captured and get a "Mission Failed." 10) Save Ashley from a bear trap. 11) Shoot off 3 molotovs or dynamites from enemies' hands. 12) Successfully parry an instant kill move. 13) Prevent enemies transforming 5 times (ground stabs). 14) Perform 3 suplexes. 15) Kill 5 enemies with one explosion. 16) Break the wall with only one hit from the wrecking ball. 17) Witness Leon's famous "bingo" line. 18) Sell a Dirty Pendant. 19) Have a total of 10 eggs in your inventory at one time. 20) Get at least one kill with every TYPE of weapon (including grenades, rocket launcher, and knives). 21) Get 3 Exclusive Upgrades. If they are way too hard, then some changes can be done. This is just an idea.

Some ideas: 1. Kill Verdugo without using the cryogenic tanks (brutal ammo hoarding though) 2. Cabin no flash nade 3. You can only spend spinels once per playthrough (any item is game) 4. Never fire a weapon in 1-1. Doable I think, you can destroy the door lock with the knife, wait out the village ambush, flash nade to push the cart... 5. Never kill a single Novi 6. Lock the framerate to 20fps and do full Water Hall

I like the idea of one of the bingo squares being have a certain amount of Handgun Ammo in your inventory at once, since it would require good accuracy, and a challenge on if its worth it to use it or not, etc.

Some cool ideas could be negative effects to the other player upon completion for example stand still for x amount of time, this could mess up the other or just let you catch up a little or get further ahead, and any other negative effects that could work a similar way, I also think kill x boss could be a good one specifically for merchant quests such as gold Knight as this makes you go out of your way for the normal campaign for a chunk of time which could be a gamble

The No Yellow Herb challenge is a bit weird. Using one is a clear thing, but when does NOT using finally count? If its a freebie at the end, then it will always end in a stalemate if both players are aware it exists. If its until a game mode is completed, then it would have gone to you after the Mercenaries level finished. Meaning its a freebie to whoever dies in mercenaries first. Overall, I just don't understand the challenge of it. Perhaps a more clear "don't use herbs for one chapter" would work. I also thought that the routing would work in Dante's favor because he went into the main game immediately, thus getting a head start to get through the village and castle. It seemed like that during the village area. But it then became clear that Seperate Ways is just TOO short, that its the clear winning strategy. However, I know you are making it main game only next time, but if you still want to keep the rule that any mode is acceptable at any time then I think this is a perfect way to balance it: have the main game be playable from the start of the game, or from a save at the start of the castle. Then you could either play through Separate Ways and get through it quickly, or skip to castle in main game. In this case, you should be able to get to Island about the same amount of time for both, making it a more interesting choice between either campaigns (assuming there are island "exclusive" challenges). I think that would have helped Dante keep up, as once he was finished with the village challenges, he could have skipped ahead to Castle about the same time you made it there in Separate Ways. I don't know if its a perfect fix, but it might help. I just think its really cool to be able to swap modes for better routing, rather than sticking purely to the main game. Conversely, just have it only be main game, but you can swap between OG and Remake (I have no clue if that will be interesting or useful though). Also is there any potential stealth challenges? I know you can "stealth" in this game, but is it possible to stealth any areas other than that one area the Dog is beartrapped in? I can't think of any, but if so, that could be a challenge, since its also a slower option that gives it more of a gamble type challenge.

Some idea -Have 10 eggs(all types count) In your briefcase -parry both arm of single ganado -penetrate 3 enemies with single bullet (Shooting range does not count) -dont eat any fish for the entire village section((you can include the castle if you want it)) -find all beetles including the treasure that look like beetle -complete ch5 with only using stealth (yes it’s possible if you exclude cabin) -stand infront of the pig in island And take all the arrows and dont die ((Dont know if this even possible on pro Maybe with body armor and really good parryng)) -shoot all salazar michrofone - buy all the recipes ❤❤
