I'm super happy to hear the Ishod 2 fits better. The old shoe straight up cut off circulation of my toes after a while. Same as you, I could not wear them around outside of the skate sesh.

I had no issues with the tightness in the ishod 1. I did find that it broke quickly. My issue was in the back, the ankle part just fell apart after like 3 seeks of college wear. So not even skating. Took the insole put, put them in a Jordan 3. Making that shoe 1000x more comfortable! I hope the 2 is better on this.

I loved Ishod’s first shoe, it was definitely snug and hard to break in. But once it was broken in they felt great. I tried using old insoles, in a new pair and they still took time to break in. That being said I can’t wait for these. All the Best.

Panel toe caps should be a norm again. Back in the 90s to mid 00s, panel toe caps are common and give a unique aesthetic to the shoe

I bought them and they're not wide enough for my feet, and they're going back! I have EEEE wide feet with a high instep, so I'm cursed. These just are made for thin to regular wide feet. It's a shame because I think these are some great looking SBs! If you have wide feet stay clear!

This is great feedback. Yeah they’re wider than the one but if you have EEEE feet they’re def not going to fit. That said we do now offer some wide shoes in new balance numeric on the site. Bluetilesc.com

A regular insole won't work with these but you can get a drop in insole like the ones in the Kobes or the ones that come with the Bruin react

I mean. It’ll work. It’ll just be thin. I talked about that and put a react insole in them to test it. Of camera I put vans pop Cush and it worked as well

The ishod 1s have a crazy painful piece of extra material on the top of one foot on 2 of the 3 pairs I own. Hopefully the new ones figured out how to fix.

I have the Ishod 2s I will say very comfy better fit than the 1s but found them to be a little long so I sized down a half size to see if there is a difference in my recent order.

I will have to disagree with the people who say the Ishod 1 was too narrow. It fit me perfectly, I do not have a narrow foot, and never have I ever got foot fatigue from wearing it or skating in it.

I think the upper might have more volume (heightwise) letting your foot sit without being copressed from the top. Making the narrowness more bearable? Just a theory

I bought a 12 in the Ishod 1.....it hurts my foot just to put on....I normally wear a 12 so.....I will say that the insole for the shoe is huge....

It’s huge because there is less midsole so the insole acts as the midsole and the insole

For me, the ishod 1 was the perfect fit for my feet. Literally in every way. When I saw they completely changed the design of the new Ishod, I started buying up any 1s I can find in my size. That being said I wear a 12-13 (*13 in these), narrow feet and long toes. I think its important to understand that peoples feet have different proportions. Too many of these style videos present opinionated statements as fact. Idk the dimensions of Ishod's feet, because thatd be a little too weird, but Id assume the first was created specifically for his feet, given that they are very unique but regardless I am excited to try the 2s when I can.

I agree 100%. I guess I was catering to the opinion that I got most. The most common complaint about the ishod 1 was that it was too narrow. That was mine too obviously. I still think you can deduce the information you need from this video. Like you obviously know that the ishod two is going to fit you more loosely but I still think it may fit you well. Definitely interested in hearing your feedback once you get em on foot.

I dont think what you said was overly opinionated and for the most part your breakdown of them is just that. My comment was mostly in response to the comment section overwhelmingly against the 1st ishod. I mostly wanted to state a niche that the first filled and disappointment I felt knowing that it was most likely Nike making these form changes to better suit a more broad audience. Ishod 1 was basically shaped after a hotdog 🌭 bun foh with them hogie torpedo shoes. Hopefully the new ones are better

It’s not fake the air is just in the insole. There are other Nike models like this with drop in air midsoles. It’s a technology that allows for you to remove the bulk of a midsole by adding more bulk to the insole. This allows for more boardfeel in this model. It allows a lower stance and stability for a basketball shoe which also works for skateboarding. With this you’re able to have the air max technology without standing on a huge patch of foam and air that you would have in a running shoe
