This would be using the US norms, so couldnt be used for Australia/New Zealand, correct?

Correct, this is only for the US Norms. I believe the UK also uses the US norms.

@@CaptZenPetabyte Right, based on what I could find online, the norms are different for Australia and New Zealand and this template won't work for patients in that region.
